Tripura, Nagaland, and Meghalaya, the three Northeastern states, have all released their election results for the Assembly.

The NDPP-BJP alliance in Nagaland has already passed the halfway point and is poised to establish the government, with results for 49 of the 60 seats that have been declared so far being released.

The NPP is expected to win 26 seats in Meghalaya, falling four shy of the threshold needed for a majority of 30.

In Meghalaya, the BJP could only manage three victories, while the Congress and TMC each garnered five.

The BJP and its allies were comfortably ahead at the halfway point in Tripura and Nagaland as the vote-counting process drew to a finish.
